One (1) 1 oz. packet of blended Eight Herb Essiac in a Thermal-Sealed and Labeled packet.  Label contains ingredient list, brewing instructions, and dosage recommendations. Each 1-oz. packet prepares 1 quart of Essiac tea; Four (4) 1-oz. packets will make one (1) gallon of tea.  When taking Essiac at the aggressive dose, one gallon will last one person two weeks. When taking essiac at the maintenance dose, one (1) gallon will last six weeks.  [For one person, quarts are convenient for  maintenance doses].

Your essiac will stay good for at least one year if you store it in a cool, dark place. A basement is a good place in most climates. In extremely warm climates, a refrigerator is acceptable if no cool, dark place is available.
